Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please review the product availability and estimated processing time shown on each product page before placing your order. Our products may be available as Ready Stock, Pre-order, or Made-to-Order, and processing times vary accordingly.

Shipping Information

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Southeast Asia, and many other destinations.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to certain countries and regions, including:
Ukraine, North Korea, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Cuba, Nepal, Palestine, Iran, Vatican City, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Uruguay, Venezuela, certain overseas territories of the United Kingdom and France, as well as selected United States territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Processing Time

Ready Stock
• Ships within 3 to 5 business days.
Pre-order & Made-to-Order
• Production typically takes 14 to 30 business days before your order is ready for shipment.
The estimated processing time shown on each product page always takes priority.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier transit times, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and parcel size.

Selected products qualify for free worldwide shipping, as indicated on the product page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

If payment is required, your local courier or customs authority will contact you before delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to make any changes, please contact us at customercare@holdbyhand.id as soon as possible.

We can only update shipping information before your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Hold by Hand is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to appear after your package has been handed to the courier.
