Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain products sold by Hold by Hand are offered on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not available for immediate shipment and will be produced, prepared, sourced, or fulfilled after your order is placed.

Estimated production, fulfillment, and delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only, are provided for reference purposes, and do not constitute a guarantee or contractual commitment. Actual fulfillment and delivery times may vary due to production schedules, order volume, production queue, supplier delays, manufacturing delays, material shortages, customs procedures, carrier delays, peak seasons, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled only before production has started, materials have been allocated, inventory has been reserved, sourcing has commenced, or the order has been prepared for shipment.

Once production has started, materials have been allocated, inventory has been reserved, sourcing has commenced, or the order has been prepared for shipment, the order may not be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded except as required by applicable law.

Hold by Hand reserves the right to fulfill and ship orders in one or multiple shipments where reasonably necessary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including but not limited to product selection, variant selection, color selection, size selection, shipping address, recipient information, contact information, and any other information provided at checkout are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

Hold by Hand shall not be responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, returned shipments, customs issues, delivery issues, or any other problems arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

For customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), statutory withdrawal rights described in our Return & Refund Policy may still apply where required by applicable law.
